General Bajwa, has requested assistance from Washington in achieving an early transfer of funds from the IMFin order to help stabilize Pakistan's shrinking economy.

The Chief of Army Staff, General Qamar Javed Bajwa, has requested assistance from Washington in achieving an early transfer of funds from the International Monetary Fund in order to help stabilize Pakistan's shrinking economy. Deputy Secretary of State Wendy Sherman, according to security sources, spoke with the army chief earlier this week. It is stated that the army chief made a plea to the White House and Treasury Department to get the IMF to immediately supply the almost $1.2 billion that the country is slated to receive under a reopened loan program. Why did Amazon suspend 7000+ Pakistani accounts for fraud?

Why did Amazon suspend Pakistani accounts for fraud?

Due to charges of fraud, Amazon terminated 7000+ Pakistani accounts in about two or three weeks. These individuals allegedly received payments from customers but did not send the products to the customers.

Amazon decided to entirely ban Pakistan utilizing the drop shipping model earlier in the belief that it would not happen, but ongoing fraud charges allowed them to make it happen.

We are pleading with those who are only doing this to make a little extra cash to please take care of those who invested their own money to launch Amazon in Pakistan. If you are doing this, you are actually earning haram income by committing fraud and harming the reputation of the country where you were born. As such, we ask that you take care of your earnings and do not harm or stop those who invest their own money to launch Amazon and other e-commerce businesses.

With more than 1.2 million registered vendors, Pakistan has surpassed China and the United States to become the third most popular new seller on Amazon.com.

Just a few accounts and we've been kicked out of the best marketplace once more. We're hoping that by excluding those accounts from Amazon, our ministry of E-Commerce will pay attention, put in some effort, and figure out who is defrauding Pakistanis there and arrest them in order to save Pakistan on Amazon.
