The Pakistan Petroleum Dealers Association's (PPDA) request for the Ministry of Petroleum to boost their profit margin on petroleum products has been granted.
The choice was made during the meeting between the government and PPDA leaders.
The government has decided to add Rs. 3.75 to the per-liter profit margin for fuel merchants.
At the now, the dealers receive Rs. 4 for each liter of gasoline they sell. The profit margin for diesel is fixed at Rs3.75/liter.
