The Islamabad Capital Police (ICP) is launching self-defense lessons for women in the federal capital as part of an effort to empower them in a variety of ways.
Islamabad Police recently announced the commencement of a self-defense school for women in Islamabad through Twitter.
According to the poster, ladies aged 18 and above are eligible to enrol in the 15-day course, which begins on July 18. Six days a week, from 3 to 7 p.m., lessons will be offered.
